The cottage is situated in the quiet hamlet of Higher Warcombe, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 5 minutes from the award winning sandy and surf beaches of Woolacombe and 1 mile from the picturesque village and coves of Lee (good for rock pooling and snorkeling) |

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 of which is downstairs), bathroom with bath/shower over (also on the ground floor), lounge/diner with woodburner, kitchen, private garden, parking, plus, countryside and sea views from most room + the garden. |

The lounge/diner is accessed from the kitchen, has a woodburner, 3 seater sofa + 2 seater sofa, extendable table with 6 chairs + highchair, tv/video player, windows with views of the countryside/sea + garden. |

The feature staircase has solid oak treads and the banisters were sourced from the woods situated in the valley behind the cottage. The stairs lead up to a large double bedroom with 4-poster bed + cot and an additional bedroom with staggered bunkbeds. Stairgates are positioned @ the top and bottom of the stairs. |

The kitchen has direct access into the garden and is fully fitted with a range of pine cupboards with tiled worktops, has an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, belfast sink and slate tiled floor. |
THE LARGE PRIVATE GARDEN

The garden areas are a rare feature for holiday accommodation in this area. They consist of gravelled areas directly outside the cottage, with outside lighting, raised flower beds, table/chairs and b-b-q, off lane and gated parking for up to 2 cars + a raised secluded area with picnic bench, large planted pots and willow trees. |

Stone steps give access to the raised lawn areas (ideal for ball games or star gazzing), with bench seat, raised flower beds + a secure fenced/gated area with 3 swings, slide, trees and a rotary washing line. |
Summer Haze Cottage let 2
This cottage is only available during the school summer holidays, as it is our family home during the rest of the year.
The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms within the cottage with an additional bedroom in a small stone outbuilding within the rear courtyard (sleeping 6-9 in total). The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/diner, conservatory with double doors onto a secluded seating area with b-b-q and outside lighting, sitting room with large corner sofa, tv, video, dvd player and hi-fi system, large bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, additional toilet cloakroom, porch/boot room with belfast sink, rear courtyard with small stone bunk house, outside shower (ideal for rinsing off after the beach), seating and lighting, 1 acre garden with large curved seating area, trampoline, climbing frame/swings/slide and fantastic countryside and sea views.
There is also ample off lane parking for 2-3 cars.
