Bob Waters stainless scultures. Higher Warcombe.

Bob Waters studied Architecture briefly at Bristol University before changing courses to 3D design at Brighton College of Art, with a B.A. in 1978. The figurative work began in the mid-1990's, following several cycling trips to the Andean regions of S. America, and was initially based on sculptures of heads and faces seen at different places and times. Bob works with industrial scrap, experimenting and developing techniques around the source material.

Locally, Bob's work will be best known for the solo displays shown in the grounds of Arlington Court, a National Trust property, from 2000 until 2006.
